These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Parth Edvisors website, advisory services and other services offered by Parth Edvisors (“Parth Edvisors”, “PE”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, engaging us for a service, accepting a proposal or engagement, or making a payment to Parth Edvisors, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.

Our work may include services relating to:

- Institutional partnerships;

- Other education-related advisory and consulting services.
The exact nature, scope and deliverables of a service may vary depending upon the engagement.
2. Nature of Our Services
Parth Edvisors primarily provides advisory, consulting, facilitation and related support services.
Depending upon the engagement, we may assist clients in understanding opportunities, evaluating pathways, preparing for applications or engagements, communicating with institutions, organising documentation, identifying potential partners or programmes, and navigating relevant processes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Parth Edvisors does not itself confer academic degrees, admissions, scholarships, visas, professional licences, university partnerships, honorary recognition or other qualifications or approvals that are issued or decided by independent third parties.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Education, admissions, recognition and institutional processes frequently involve decisions made by independent universities, institutions, government bodies, accreditation or regulatory authorities, visa authorities and other third parties.
Accordingly, Parth Edvisors does not guarantee:
- Admission to any university or programme;
- Acceptance of an application;
- Scholarship or financial assistance;
- Visa approval;
- Academic or professional recognition;
- Award of an honorary degree or honorary recognition;
- Approval of a PhD, DBA or other doctoral application;
- Completion or award of any academic qualification;
- Employment, promotion or salary enhancement;
- Acceptance of credits or qualifications;
- Establishment of an institutional or university partnership;
- Approval by a regulator or government authority; or
- Any other outcome controlled by an independent third party.
Our responsibility is to provide the agreed services with reasonable professional care. Final decisions remain with the relevant institution or authority.
4. Academic and Professional Recognition
Where Parth Edvisors provides advisory or facilitation relating to honorary doctorates, honorary recognition or other forms of academic or professional recognition, clients expressly acknowledge that such recognition is subject to the philosophy, eligibility criteria, governance, evaluation and approval processes of the relevant awarding institution.
Parth Edvisors does not itself award honorary doctorates or academic degrees unless expressly identified as acting on behalf of an authorised awarding institution.
No responsible advisory process can guarantee that an individual will receive honorary recognition merely because an enquiry, nomination, evaluation or payment has been made.
Where applicable, our role may include helping an individual understand the recognition landscape, assess potential suitability, organise relevant information, facilitate communication or support an institutional process.
The final decision to grant or decline recognition remains with the awarding institution.
5. Doctoral and Academic Pathways
Where we provide advisory relating to PhD, DBA, Executive MBA, undergraduate, postgraduate or other academic programmes, information about programme structure, duration, eligibility, tuition fees, accreditation, recognition and admission requirements may differ between institutions and may change over time.
Clients should review the official information and terms issued by the relevant institution before enrolling or making a material financial commitment.
Parth Edvisors may assist clients in understanding and evaluating such information but does not replace the university or institution as the authoritative source for its programmes and policies.
6. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to provide services effectively, clients are expected to:
- Provide complete, accurate and current information;
- Submit genuine documents and credentials;
- Disclose information reasonably relevant to the engagement;
- Respond to requests for information within reasonable timelines;
- Review applications, documents or information before final submission where applicable;
- Meet deadlines communicated by universities, institutions, authorities or Parth Edvisors;
- Attend scheduled consultations or meetings where required; and
- Cooperate reasonably throughout the engagement.
The client remains responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of information and documents supplied to Parth Edvisors.
7. False or Misleading Information
Parth Edvisors maintains a strong position against fraudulent, fabricated, altered or misleading academic, professional or personal documentation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where we reasonably believe that a client has:
- Submitted forged or altered documents;
- Misrepresented academic or professional credentials;
- Provided materially false information;
- Attempted to mislead an institution or authority; or
- Requested us to participate in activity that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, unethical or contrary to institutional rules.
Such termination does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for work already undertaken or costs already incurred.
Where required by law or an applicable institutional process, we may also be required to disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities or institutions.
8. Client Delays and Missed Deadlines
Many education and institutional processes operate according to fixed application, nomination, admission, documentation or regulatory timelines.
Parth Edvisors will not be responsible for an adverse outcome resulting from a client’s:
- Delay in providing documents or information;
- Failure to respond to communications;
- Missed appointment;
- Failure to review or approve documents;
- Failure to make required payments;
- Failure to meet an institutional or regulatory deadline; or
- Provision of incomplete or inaccurate information.
Where delays materially affect our ability to perform the agreed service, timelines may need to be revised.
9. Fees and Payments
Fees for Parth Edvisors services may be communicated through the website, proposal, quotation, engagement letter, invoice, email, service agreement or other written communication.
Depending upon the service, payment may be required:
- In full in advance;
- In instalments;
- According to agreed milestones; or
- Under another payment schedule agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the applicable fee and payment terms before making payment.
Applicable taxes may be charged in accordance with law.
10. Payment Gateways
Online payments may be processed through independent third-party payment gateways, banks or financial service providers.
By using such services, you may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms, conditions and privacy practices.
Parth Edvisors is not responsible for technical failures, banking delays, payment-provider outages or declined transactions outside our reasonable control.
A payment will ordinarily be treated as completed once we receive confirmation of successful payment through the applicable payment channel.
11. University and Third-Party Fees
Amounts payable to universities, awarding institutions, examination bodies, credential agencies, government authorities, visa providers, couriers or other third parties may be separate from Parth Edvisors’ professional or advisory fees.
Where Parth Edvisors facilitates or collects such amounts on behalf of a third party, the applicable third party’s own cancellation and refund rules may apply.
Parth Edvisors cannot guarantee the refund of money that has already been remitted or committed to a third party.
Where practicable, relevant third-party charges will be identified separately or explained to the client.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
We recognise that circumstances can change after a client engages our services.
Cancellation Before Substantial Work Has Begun
Where a client requests cancellation before substantial work has commenced, Parth Edvisors may provide a refund after deducting, as applicable:
- Work already performed;
- Consultation or assessment already delivered;
- Administrative and onboarding costs reasonably incurred;
- Payment-gateway or transaction charges where non-recoverable;
- Third-party charges already incurred or committed; and
- Other reasonable costs directly attributable to the engagement.
Any applicable deduction will depend upon the circumstances and nature of the service.
Cancellation After Services Have Commenced
Once substantial work has commenced or agreed deliverables have been partly or fully provided, professional or advisory fees relating to work already performed will generally be non-refundable.
Third-Party Payments
Fees already remitted or committed to universities, institutions, government bodies or other independent third parties will be subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies.
Where Parth Edvisors Cannot Provide the Agreed Service
If Parth Edvisors is unable to provide a material part of an agreed service for reasons attributable to us, we will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable remedy, which may include:
- Completion through an alternative agreed approach;
- Credit towards another appropriate service; or
- A full or partial refund relating to the unperformed portion of the service.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
13. Refund Requests
Refund or cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to:

Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend upon the payment method, bank or payment gateway.
14. Changes by Universities and Other Third Parties
Universities, institutions, awarding bodies, governments and other organisations may change:
- Admission requirements;
- Programme structures;
- Fees;
- Eligibility criteria;
- Application deadlines;
- Recognition criteria;
- Scholarship policies;
- Visa requirements;
- Academic regulations;
- Partnership policies; and
- Other terms or processes.
Such changes may occur without prior notice to Parth Edvisors.
We endeavour to work with current information, but clients should recognise that third-party policies may change during an engagement.
Where a material change affects a client’s pathway, we will endeavour to discuss reasonable alternatives where they fall within the scope of our engagement.
15. Information on Our Website
The information and Insights published on the Parth Edvisors website are intended primarily for general informational and educational purposes.
While we endeavour to maintain accurate and useful information, education policies, regulations, university requirements, programme details and international frameworks change regularly.
Website content should therefore not be treated as a substitute for institution-specific, regulatory, legal, financial or immigration advice.
Where a decision depends upon current official rules, users should verify the information with the relevant university, institution, regulator, government authority or qualified professional.
16. Institutional Partnerships and Consulting
Parth Edvisors may advise universities, education organisations, EdTech companies and other institutions regarding partnerships, internationalisation, student recruitment, strategy, market development, technology, programmes or related matters.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, recommendations represent professional advice based on the information reasonably available at the time.
Commercial, institutional or partnership outcomes may depend upon factors outside our control.
Accordingly, consulting recommendations do not constitute guarantees of revenue, enrolment, partnership completion, regulatory approval or other commercial outcomes.
17. Separate Proposals and Service Agreements
Certain engagements may be governed by a separate:
- Proposal;
- Engagement letter;
- Statement of work;
- Memorandum of Understanding;
- Service agreement;
- Commercial agreement; or
- Other written contract.
Where such an agreement has been accepted by Parth Edvisors and the client, its specific terms will apply to that engagement.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed or expressly accepted written agreement relating to a specific engagement, the specific agreement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

Clients confirm that they have the right to provide such material and that doing so does not knowingly violate another person’s rights.
Personal information contained in client materials will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
20. Confidentiality
Where an engagement involves confidential academic, professional, personal, institutional or commercial information, Parth Edvisors will seek to handle such information responsibly and use it for legitimate purposes connected with the engagement.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that:
- Is already publicly available;
- Was lawfully known to us independently;
- Is received lawfully from another source;
- Is authorised for disclosure; or
- Must be disclosed by law, court order, regulatory requirement or applicable institutional process.
Specific institutional engagements may include additional confidentiality provisions in their individual agreements.

Where liability arises directly from services supplied by Parth Edvisors, any limitation of liability will be interpreted subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement governing the engagement.
25. Force Majeure
Parth Edvisors will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where performance is materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, regulatory changes, strikes, epidemics, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, widespread technology outages or disruption affecting universities or other third parties.
Where reasonably possible, we will endeavour to resume affected services or discuss appropriate alternatives.
26. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
27. Changes to Services
We may modify, discontinue or introduce website features and services from time to time.
Where a client has already paid for a specific contracted service, a material change will not remove obligations already agreed without an appropriate resolution consistent with the applicable agreement and law.

Changes will ordinarily apply prospectively. Where a specific engagement is governed by terms accepted at an earlier date or by a separate written agreement, the applicable contractual arrangements will continue to govern that engagement unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

You acknowledge that communications, proposals, invoices, acceptances and other records may be exchanged electronically.
Where permitted by applicable law, electronic acceptance—including acceptance through email, website interaction, payment or another clear electronic action—may constitute valid acceptance of an agreement.
30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute relating to the Parth Edvisors website or services will be governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal provisions, courts of competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or our services.
Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive a consumer of a forum or remedy that applicable law requires to remain available.
